Robert Appelbaum is a partner in the Corporate Practice at Webber Wentzel. Robert specialises in mergers and acquisitions in the Infrastructure and Health sectors and then mainly north of the South African border. For some years he was Honorary Business Representative for the Middle East and Africa Group for International Enterprise Singapore, the government agency which formerly drove Singapore’s external economy.
