Mbali Ntuli represents the Democratic Alliance on the Women’s Caucus with a focus on the Education, Social Development portfolio committees. After graduating from the DA Young Leaders Programme in 2008 Ntuli was elected at the party’s Provincial Youth Chairperson for the Kwa-Zulu Natal region. In 2014, Ntuli was elected to the Kwa-Zulu Natal Legislature after which she announced she would stand down as youth leader. With the goal to grow support for the party in the Kwa-Zulu Natal region, Ntuli left the legislature in 2018 to take up a position as the DA’s Provincial Campaign Director. In the 2019 elections, Ntuli appeared 2nd on the provincial list for the Democratic Alliance and has taken up her seat in the KZN Provincial Legislature as the DA’s Spokesperson on Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (CoGTA).
